**Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Established Clients and Live Roles - Join a leading personnel supplier specializing in the build-to-rent (BTR), Social Housing, and Commercial construction sectors. With established (Tier 1) clients and a plethora of live roles. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the recruitment industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 1 Main Contractors in the BTR, Social Housing, and Commercial sectors.**:

- **Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.**:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in permanent recruitment within the Build to Rent (BTR), Social Housing, or Commercial construction sectors.**:

- **Strong networking and relationship-building skills.**:

- **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.**:

- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**:

- **A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.**
