**Quality Assurance Administrator**:

- (Position can be office-based or hybrid - following the successful probationary period and once fully trained)_

We are looking for a confident and proactive person to join our Quality Assurance team. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Co-ordinator and Quality Assurance Manager, and be responsible for handling the daily operations of the busy department. As a vital link between RTITB’s various departments and customers, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless compliance, addressing complaints, arranging audits and dealing with trademark infringements.

You will work 37.5 hours per week (between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday). Overtime will be required from time to time - for example during events, covering team absences or to meet customer requirements. Overtime will be paid in line with the rates shown in the staff handbook on all occasions where 30 minutes or more of overtime has been completed on a calendar day. Time in Lieu may be offered as an alternative to payment from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logging complaints, problems and appeals on our records database in line with our quality management system
- Arranging audits with customers and updating our resource management system for the audit team
- Supporting customers with completing rectification actions following their audit, for example helping them interpret the findings and resolve any issues in timely manner

**You will have the following (essential);**
- Experience of working within a busy, fast-paced environment and handling urgent matters
- At least 1 years’ administration experience, preferably in a compliance or health and safety led organisation
- A down-to-earth personality with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Motivation and ability to learn the technical aspects of our business
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

**You might also have the following (desirable);**
- Experience in using the Workbooks CRM or similar.
- Experience in working within an ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Knowledge/experience of Warehousing, Transport and Logistics sectors
- An auditing qualification (for example internal auditor or lead auditor)
