**About the Service**:
In the supported living and outreach services we represent, individuals with learning disabilities and autism are supported within their own homes to live as independently and as safely as possible. We take pride in offering a wide range of support services tailored to each individual's needs, including one-to-one assistance, access to social activities, personal care, and more. We are excited to recruit an onsite Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day management of a beautiful housing scheme, where individuals live in their own apartments and receive personalised care and support.

**The Role**:
As an Onsite Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supported living scheme

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of dedicated staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Developing and coordinating a flexible service that meets the individual needs and goals of each service user.

Empowering service users to maintain their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and pursue personal development opportunities.

Upholding a positive, person-centred, and non-discriminatory approach in all aspects of service delivery, while respecting the rights of service users.

Ensuring compliance with service specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Demonstrating the effectiveness of the service through feedback collection from service users and stakeholders, and documenting positive outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.

A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
