**What you’ll be doing**:
- To work as part of the Customer Training team to build new, and update existing, training related services and content to the customer base
- Providing customers with easier to access training materials across the MHR platforms and a greater level of consumable content
- To constantly review the training team’s skill set in-line with service demand and supporting, coaching and developing the training team to upskill them in new areas of delivery.
- Act as a focal point for all training content across software and platforms under the MHR Academy which include, but is not limited to, iTrent, People First, Docebo and Enable Now
- Create new, and update existing, customer training services, including stand alone and subscription-based offerings, to maximise revenue opportunities for the team
- Identify and drive additional commercial opportunities and ensure others are doing likewise
- Work closely with the Customer Training team to identify key training requirements in-line with service demand, individual knowledge gaps and customer feedback
- Work closely with other business areas, such as Product Design, to understand future product roadmaps and release content, ensuring training materials can be updated and training can be rolled out to the team in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with learning and development trends, delivery methods and styles, products, services and technologies
- Ensure training documentation and key messages support the business and departmental processes and procedures, and is aligned with consultancy best practice
- Design engaging and thorough customer facing training materials using a range of tools including, but not limited to, workbooks/manuals, videos, webinars, e-learning and all LMS materials
- Occasional delivery of courses to customers to pilot new content
- Supporting trainers with delivery of end user training projects including scoping calls, proposal writing, design support and project management
- Supports with maintenance of the training environments in terms of access and content
- Project manage customers’ end user training projects from start to finish and ensure high quality material production by trainers
- Observe training delivery and provide feedback to trainers
- Ensure that the Customer Training Skills Matrix is a current and accurate reflection of consultancy knowledge and skillsets in line with personal development plans
**Key Skills**:
- Experienced in L&D across training design, specifically for online content
- Software training experience
- eLearning content design
- Creativity in terms of turning product developments and industry content into training and revenue opportunities
- Organisation and Planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Training delivery and facilitation skills
- iTrent (Desirable)
- Training Qualification, e.g. CIPD: L&D Pathway (Desirable)
