SEND Specialist Teacher

We are Empowering Learning, a leading provider of educational services. Our mission is to empower students with special educational needs to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced SEND Specialist Teacher to join our team and contribute to this mission.
Key Duties:
- Taught classes of students with varying levels of need, applying creative strategies to engage and support them
- Coordinated with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions and effective teamwork
- Assisted in planning and delivering workshops on behavior management and SEMH
- Maintained detailed records of student progress and provided regular feedback to parents/guardians
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or equivalent teaching certification
- Prior experience working in a SEND setting or related field
- Strong understanding of SEMH principles and behavioral theories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
