**Position Summary**

Progress Housing Group is looking for a Resource Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.

As a Resource Scheduler your main focus will be the delivery of a customer focused, high quality service, utilizing our dynamic scheduling system to ensure that our customers receive an efficient and flexible service, when resolving repairs to their home.

You will also be responsible for the effective scheduling of operatives on a day to day basis, proactively working with them to ensure that they are able to complete all of their appointments and to encourage and enable a “Right First Time” approach.

You will be based at our office in Leyland with some flexibility to work from home where possible. This is a full time, permanent position, working 36.25 hours per week.

**What we need you to bring**:

- At least 2 years scheduling experience
- IT literate and ideally experience using a dynamic scheduling system
- Be enthusiastic, work as part of a team and have the skills to work on your own using your own initiative
- Be able to make decisions based on priorities, workload and current demands
- Excellent communication skills
