We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns
- Utilize IT systems and software to input and update customer information, as well as generate reports
- Actively engage in sales efforts by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer service goals
- Demonstrate excellent English language skills in both verbal and written communication
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and demonstrating product knowledge
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,100.64 per year
