Edit, price and enter customer orders for UK business of the company as appropriate.

Process all internal documentation to expedite despatch of cleared orders and invoicing for both external and in-company transactions.

Maintain records of all back-orders, post dated orders etc.

Undertake relevant marketing and administrative duties necessary.

Provide a knowledgeable Customer Service contact for customers.

Undertake administrative functions as follow:
(a) To form part of a team who provide cover for receptionist/telephonist when

necessary.

(b)Assisting with general activities when required, e.g. mailings,

responding to customers request, etc.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- working clerical: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
