**Job description**:
You will be responsible for administrative procedures within the Medical Centre, providing a welcoming and efficient service to all Patients at Risk (PAR).

In partnership with the AO in hospital appointments, you will be dealing with secondary healthcare referral paperwork, liaising with hospitals and clinical staff, using the Electronic Referral System (ERS) booking system to secure appointments and offering an effective and efficient service to PAR.

**Person specification**:
Main details of the role include but are not limited to:

- Providing reception cover for Southwick Park Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), booking in appointments, dealing with queries from patients both over the phone and face to face.
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team, processing all necessary paperwork and dealing with any tasks in a timely manner.
- Processing new joiner and leaving routines in accordance with practice policy and following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Ensuring all patient documents are scanned onto Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP).
