Rapid Recruit are on the look out for an experienced Stock Controller in the Nelson area.
The role will involve:

- Cycle Counts and Stock Management: Regularly conduct cycle counts to verify stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies in stock levels, taking corrective action as needed.
- Shunting and Site Transfers: Utilize the company van for shunting duties, safely transferring stock between sites as required and ensuring timely transportation of goods.
- Stock Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain stock integrity and accuracy by keeping precise records and implementing preventive measures against loss.
- Driving and Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. A valid driving license is essential and FLT preferred.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate closely with Warehouse personnel, Supervisors, and Production Planners to optimize stock control processes. Promptly report any significant stock issues or adjustments necessary to maintain inventory accuracy.

Pay: From £12.94 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
