Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced administration professional to join our client based in Huyton. This is a full-time office-based and permanent role. This role would suit someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional service,who thrives when supporting others and who has a can-do attitude.
The main duties are listed below:
- Responding promptly to queries, particularly in emergent situations
- Communicating effectively with customer, colleagues, engineers, and sub-contractors
- Following up on works carried out by engineers and sub-contractors
- Managing and planning diaries for engineers and sub-contractors and, notifying clients
- Booking routine maintenance visits
- Data entry and call logging
- Updating system portals
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, IT literate with a thorough understanding of the entire MS Office suite and a positive attitude. You must be approachable and well presented with a polite telephone manner. You must also beproactive and, be able to adapt to changing situation quickly and be thorough in your approach to communicating any changes to the appropriate personnel.
