No previous work experience in University admissions is required and we provide extensive training to all new starters, including a full induction programme of training and shadowing with other team members.

**Hybrid working arrangements**: everyone has their own dedicated workstation in our friendly open plan office on campus and we also support hybrid working. Admissions Administrators can work from home two days a week if they wish, and we will provide all the technical equipment needed to do so.

**Generous annual leave allowance**: the University believes that it is important for all employees to balance their work and personal lives. We offer a generous entitlement of 21 days in addition to 8 bank holidays and 6 additional closure days at Christmas and Easter time each year where no staff are required to work.
