Admissions Officer

30 hours per week - 38 weeks per annum

Pangbourne College is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to join our dynamic Admissions Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high quality and personalised experience for prospective pupils and their families throughout the admissions journey. As Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in every aspect of the admissions process from initial inquiry to registration, assessment, outcome and conversion to enrolment. This is an essential customer facing role focused on delivering superb customer service.

Working in a professional, fast-paced environment, you will be an outstanding communicator and have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will need to deliver proactive and efficient administration, accurately and effectively manage our applicant database records, and always have an eye on process improvement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly impact the quality of engagement with prospective pupils and families, contributing to the drive to grow our pupil numbers.
