LOCATION: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Sales Coordinator required for a permanent role near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Working for a residential developer it is essential that the Sales Coordinator has worked in the property industry previously and has some knowledge of legal contracts relating to house sales.

The role of Sales Coordinator sits within the Sales team delivering a prompt and efficient sales coordination service. Ensuring the accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange to completion in accordance with agreed systems, proceduresand controls.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Coordinator
- Weekly updating of the sales reports and issuing to managers.
- Managing the process of sales extras and incentives from quote stage through to order confirmation.
- Raising sales invoices for the payment of sales extras.
- Process and respond to all legal enquiries, sourcing answers from relevant departments, and seeking managers approval when necessary.
- Assist in the process of legal set up for new developments.
- Assisting in the set up of new developments on our customer care portal, creation of purchaser profiles and logging of home warranties and guidance documents.
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in approving social media content monthly.
- Adding new content to the company’s intranet page.
- Managing the input of sales enquires and reservations into COINS.
- Act as the main point of contact for the company’s development management companies - full training to be provided.
- Process sales contracts for signing and returning to solicitors.

PERSON SPECIFICATION - Sales Coordinator:

- Exceptional administrative and organisations skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate confidentiality in dealing with purchasers’ information.
- Flexible with regards to daily workload
- Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior experience of using COINS is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
