Sales Operations Coordinator

The role involves supporting sales operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and streamlining sales processes. This position requires collaboration across departments to uphold high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries and processing orders promptly.
- Accurately process standard, forward, and call-off orders while maintaining meticulous records.
- Support account managers by preparing quotations, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Oversight of outbound shipments, ensuring customs documentation compliance, and managing transport logistics to optimise costs.
- Generate reports on sales metrics and order performance using Power BI.
- Ensure customer account details are accurate and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Cross-departmental support as required.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven administrative experience in a sales or customer support environment (essential).
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience or knowledge in related industries (desirable but not essential).
