**About the role.**
As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will report to the Service Delivery Officer (SDO) and will be responsible for the monitoring of timesheets, ensuring all staff hours, additional payments and sickness are captured and collated for payroll to process. As Service Delivery Assistant you will also be expected to support the SDO ensuring all monthly service delivery analysis data is accurate and completed in a timely manner for all services across the organisation.
**Requirements**:
- Have extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel.
- Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have an excellent command of English, to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Work under their own initiative or as part of a team.
In addition to the above, the post-holder can be expected to:
- Carry out any duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job requested by the post-holder’s line manager.
- Take an active role in determining their development needs and agreeing to programmes to meet those needs.
- Attend any training as agreed with the post-holder’s line manager.
- Have some knowledge of the Care Sector
