**About the role**

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for all areas of the recruitment and onboarding process, which will include following our Safer Recruitment Policy and ensuring that we are compliant in recruiting to Ofsted and CQC standards. Having a person-centred approach to recruitment, personal development and employee retention is essential. The Recruitment Officer must have the ability to use their initiative and proactively look for ways to enhance recruitment activity.

**About you**
- Recruitment or HR experience
- Knowledge of the care sector is desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organised and resilient
- Attention to detail
