LOCATION: GU21 5HX

DURATION: TEMP - PERM

We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, and experienced individual with a can-do attitude and can-do approach. Applicants must have a strong background in maintenance and repairs as a supervisor or manager. The Lead Supervisor must always maintaina professional appearance and attitude and be polite and courteous. It is a further requirement that all contract employees must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Able to support, coach and motivate your team
- Possess interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner being able to challenge and be challenged.
- Have an organised approach to work and time management.
- Able to use MS office software and Job Management system.
- Able to record information in the field, identify trends and recurrent issues
- Be a team player by understanding what it is to be part of a team sharing experiences and learning.
- Be able to deal with time pressures to deliver works to schedule
- Proactive in identifying your development needs and doing something to overcome them.
- Be able to self-manage and be self-motivated, prioritising work and have a desire to solve problems.
- Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the construction/maintenance industry

QUALIFICATIONS
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade (Essential)
- SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable)
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Essential)

EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience of supervising of maintenance repairs/project works (Essential)
- 3+ years line management experience (Essential)
- 5+ years relevant trade experience (Desirable)
