Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will manage the front of house operation including the employees and service standards

To oversee and lead team of Ward Hosts in the daily routine and job areas.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

To be visible to Patients and Staff through the hospital, ensuring the smooth running of the hospital service and ward areas.

To ensure all company procedures and policies are adhered to in both the service and quality of food provided and patient satisfaction.

To work in conjunction with the ward and kitchen team to develop and provide a high quality courteous service to patients, visitors and staff.

To ensure all stock controls and rotation procedures are maintained

To communicate with the chef on duty for food requirements to reduce possible waiting times and wastage

To adhere to all legislation, the client and company policy in the provision of patient meal service

To ensure the food ordered is of the standard and presentation expected

To ensure all paperwork is completed

To train staff

To assist on the ward area

Report all breakdowns to the Line Manger

Follow all reasonable requests from Line Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
