Join our team of passionate sports experts and help us find young and talented Track & Field athletes, who want to pursue their academic and athletics dreams of studying in the USA.

We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to be part of our growing company. If you have competed in Track & Field for a US College then College Sports America has an opportunity for you.

**Main duties**:

- Sourcing new athletes for placement at Universities in America.
- Evaluating athlete abilities to ensure they are at the right level to achieve their goals.
- Attending amateur sporting events.
- Request, collect and maintain up to date athlete information.
- Managing relationships with existing athletes through regular communication and support.
- Assisting with building trustworthy relationships with College coaches in the USA
- Finding athletes the perfect college fit for their skills and requirements
- Helping clients throughout the whole process of going to college in the USA on a sports scholarship

**Skills required**:

- Knowledge of the American collegiate system
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time keeping skills

**Benefits**:

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
