**Basingstoke - Recruitment Consultant - Commercial / Office Support Desk**

This privately owned, multi-branch agency is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a small team in Basingstoke and run their Perms Commercial desk.

**PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant - Commercial**
- **Experienced Recruitment Consultant - c.£26k**:

- **Commission on all margin generated - no threshold**:

- **20 days holiday + Bank Holidays**:

- **Birthday day off**:

- **Parking at the office**:

- **Pension, Healthcare package**

You will need to have previous recruitment agency experience (open to sector) and be someone who just gets recruitment, doesn’t need hand-holding and who enjoys generating new client business.

**CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Commercial**
- Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
- Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant
- Strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

You will be joining a small team with a very supportive and hands-off Manager so we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can land running and is passionate about their own success.
