**Role**: IT Manager (Hands On)

**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000
I am looking for an IT Manager to join a growing IT Solutions provider in Derby on a permanent basis. They are a close-knit company that look out for each other, and so it is important that you are a team player, but also have the ability to work autonomouslywhen is needed.
As you will be coming in at a Senior level, you will not only be hands on technically, but will also be tasked with looking after the junior members of the team, acting as their mentor and guiding light throughout.
Whether you are a seasoned IT Manager looking for your next challenge or a senior 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer looking to make the step up into management - this could be for you
