**Our fantastic team are looking for a caring, creative and enthusiastic individuals to join them as Support Workers** on a permanent basis. We are looking to recruit full time positions.

The Role

Enable Support Services are a busy housing support and care at home service, as a **Support Worker** no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who support a number of individuals all with different support needs. Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, cooking, appointments and housework.

Due to the continued growth of our business we are currently looking to recruit both full time positions across our Mendip Community and Supported Living Services. The Support Worker role will include working in our newly acquired supported living property in Glastonbury as well as working in the community in the local area.

We're looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting clients with their hobbies and interests which can include a whole array of different activities. We are looking for people who are able to work flexibly.

You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful team behind you to support you every step of the way.

**About you**

You will need experience for this Support Worker role due to the client group we are supporting, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.

**Shift Patterns**

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns can include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and public holidays. However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced. We are looking for Support Workers who are able to work either part time or full time. You will need to be able to work flexibly as we do cover weekends as well.

Our sleep-ins are not included in your contracted hours, so you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of **£65 **per night for each sleep-in worked.
