SAP Business One Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly professional delivery team of project managers and consultants. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in managing multiple ERP and integration implementation and upgrade projectsin a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Creation of Project Initiation Documentation (PID) and managing all project documentation
- Ensuring project governance standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all work is properly scoped, planned, costed, and risks/issues are identified and resolved or mitigated in advance.
- Working alongside Directors, Lead Consultants and Technical Account managers to build positive relationships with Customers Managing project resourcing and scheduling
- Producing and maintaining a risk register (RAID Log)
- Managing internal and third-party stakeholders and resources to optimise their contribution and involvement.
- Managing the change control process and ensuring project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale, resource budgets and are signed off.

Skills, experience, and qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in ERP systems delivery in a service delivery or similar commercial environment.
- Demonstrable experience of the complete lifecycle of ERP projects including integrations
- Experience working with projects 200 days +
- Experience working with 3rd party partners and contractors
- Evidence of producing quality documentation including Project Initiation Documents (PID), highlight reports, resource planning, RAID logs, and highlight reports.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Broadly skilled in information and communications technology.
- Strong knowledge of change management, risk management, setting up and initiating projects.
- Excellent understanding of standards within ERP systems
