We are looking for an Estimator to join a fast-paced and growing team in the south west of the UK. This role can be based in mid-Cornwall, Plymouth or Exeter. This is a challenging and rewarding role, where you will be responsible for estimating the costs of civils' & utility projects.

**Responsibilities**
- **Pricing jobs & liaising with clients.** This includes gathering information from clients about their needs, reviewing project documents, and using various management systems to track and manage requests.
- **Maintain and update our company systems with relevant information.** This includes ensuring that our company systems are up-to-date with the latest information, as well as supporting the entire team in their daily tasks.
- **Proficiency with IT systems. **Being able to use computer systems and software (Microsoft Office) to calculate and generate accurate quotations, as well as engaging with client computer systems to facilitate pricing and auditing of ongoing works and upcoming projects.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships.** This means building strong relationships with our business partners, clients, and suppliers, as well as maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

**Skills**
- Experience in estimating for construction, particularly civils/utility projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts is an advantage.
