We are looking for a Sales Representatives for an immediate start at our Edware Colindale branch. Excellent salary and commission package and opportunity to progress into Sales Manager role.

At Expert Medical you will be part of a dedicated friendly team who are industry professionals. You will have the opportunity for excellent career development and advancement.

**Role**:
Implementation of sales plan and strategy

Reach Sales targets

Respond to all communication so must have good writing skills

Respond to social media sales

Identify new opportunities

Work on social media platforms to gain new clients

Deal with all influencers

Train clinic staff on sales techniques

Keep record of tracking enquiries across different platforms

**Requirements**:
Great customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for client care and share the clinics enthusiasm and dedication to the continued development of innovative treatments

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales in an aesthetic industry with a proven track record of achieving targets

Ability to report to your general manager and follow through with their instructions

A trustworthy track record, reliability and be punctual at all times

Be able to take responsibility for the sales target and work on own initiative

Ability to administer, direct and coordinate clinic sales activities

Implement measurement standards to assess clinic operations

Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive a high performing team

Evaluate and improve employee performance

Proven ability to assist your team in reaching their KPI’s

Ability to upsell treatments and packages

An enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
