**Salary**: Starting salary £23,000 per annum (banding up to £25,000)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working around core hours 10 am-2 pm Mon-Fri)

We are looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to join the Product team to support with growth and development across our global product offering. You'll be moving into this position as a team of one with the support of many. You will need to be highly organised and comfortable reaching out to different departments across the company. You’ll be a key player in defining, building and managing Twinkl’s global product offering.

**Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day**:

- Establishing better processes in product, and what potential opportunities there are for project creation and management.
- Supporting the product team to answer questions, report bugs, and develop products.
- Work alongside Core and International Operations to ensure that any processes launched are rolled out in global product, and identify scope for smoother operational process within the product department.
- Be responsible for the development of the Products and Services Roadmap.
- Drive all products and services through the Products and Services Roadmap.
- Support with the induction of new Product Owners and Managers, ensuring they understand the Product and Services Roadmap and how to follow it.
- Keep the Product and Services Roadmap up to date and identify and remove blockers.
- Proactively look at what needs doing next and ensure excellent communication between stakeholders to keep things moving forward.
- Complete any administrative tasks set by the Head of Product or Chief Product Officer.

**Requirements**:

**KPIs**:

- Produce a weekly progress report and identify blockers
- Maintain a consistent feedback score of 90%
- Ensure 100% of internal project deadlines are met
