Our client a leading supplier of medical and safety technology and equipment is seeking a Business Support Co-Ordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Business Support Co-ordinator provides support for a range of administrative and related activities to support our clients businesses in UK. The primary support is for the Managers office.

All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.

- Preparation of Letters
- Preparation and issuing of notices and documents;
- Liaise with internal and external partners;
- Maintenance of electronic filing of documents;
- Provision of information to customers and other third parties as required;
- Maintenance of records
**You will bring to the job**:

- **Experience of working in a position undertaking a range of administrative and Organisational tasks.**:

- **Strong written and oral communication skills**:

- **Good teamwork, facilitation and collaboration skills**:

- **Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organisation and externally**:

- **Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Outlook or similar IT systems
