We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Upsell products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,224.90 per year
