**What you’ll do**

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the everyday marketing contact with Apple.

This role is the liaison between Apple and the Vodafone CBU marketing channels. It is instrumental in ensuring Apple has visibility of our quarterly plans and sight of our creative executions for approval purposes. This person works closely with the Devices Marketing Planning Manager and Devices Commercial Manager for Apple to help deliver Vodafone and Apple’s strategic goals and achieve the joint ambition.

On an ad hoc basis, you would also support the Samsung Marketing Manager with the Frontline engagement plans for Samsung in our contact centres, Retail and Online. You will need to work closely with the Engagement team in Central Ops and the Samsung engagement lead on the implementation and delivery of all agreed plans, including but not limited to Thrive Incentives, Quadrant activities, Roadshows, Training Videos.

This is a key supporting role and a knowledge of the full channel marketing mix and previous vendor facing contact would advantageous. However, being organised, able to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment is key. There may be a need to support across different vendors at times, such as at key New Product Introductions (NPI’s) throughout the year.

Key accountabilities:

- Work closely with the different Consumer marketing channels to capture the quarterly marketing plans for Apple. Collate and present them back to Apple in a laydown showing when activities are inflight.
- Manage the creative sign-off process for all Vodafone & Apple marketing creative on a daily basis.
- At times assist the Samsung Marketing Manager by working with Central Ops to roll out Samsung consumer Engagement plans for the Frontline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the key vendor contacts to ensure smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Devices Marketing Planning Manager & Apple Devices Commercial Manager.

**Who you are**

You will need experience or a sound understanding of brand, channel or device marketing.

I addition to this, you have:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to control multiple conversations and concurrent workstreams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Driven and resilient - highly organised and able to get things done whilst managing multiple workstreams.
- Proactive and willing to get involved in multiple projects of different levels of complexity and understand the broader implications of decisions.
