We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our outstanding Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college.

Working for the Chichester College Group also offers a highly competitive pension scheme, above-statutory annual leave with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days plus college closure days over the Christmas period which is not deducted from leave entitlement. As well as experience of supporting students aged 16-19, a Pastoral Support Tutor will be required to understand their support needs.
