You will need to:
Have a good understanding off working on a factory floor environment. Have basic understanding of health and safety around the work area. Be able to communicate effectively. Take instructions from his/her line manager. Should be willing to learn and be open to further training given within the setting. Assistant other members of staff where needed.

Basic experience needed:
Have minimum of 1 year experience

Use a double mitre saw

Be able to read a tape measure.

Be able to read a work sheet

Handle and move lengths of 6 metre profile

Weld frames

Hang sashes

Door sashes

Bead frames
