A fantastic opportunity to join a well established independent Estate Agency based in East London, who are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their Stratford Office.

You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities to develop the business as well as the brand.

Some duties of the job role but not limited:

- Managing the Lettings office and team
- Generating and conducting letting appraisals
- Negotiation of leases and tenancies
- Building business relationships to grow the property portfolio
- 2 years Lettings Manager experience
- Preferably ARLA Qualified
- Understand full lettings process and legislation that governs it
- Provide high level of customer service
- Proven track record
- High degree of organisation and customer service skills
- Driving licence and own car

This role has a great progression prospects with a generous commission structure

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
Saturdays 9.00 am - 5pm, one Saturday worked in month, day off in lieu

Salary £27,000 - £30,000 pa, plus £3,000 car allowance
OTE £48,000 - £84,000
