You will work collaboratively with your ward teams in a manner that positively reflects the Trauma Informed Ward Environment core values and the values of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for Healthcare Assistants to work in a complex but very rewarding and caring environment

We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants on Citrine female acute ward (8 beds)
Ardenleigh provides specialist care for service users that often have complex mental health needs and offers support in people’s recovery through holistic treatments; promoting social inclusion, self-management, personnel autonomy and independence. We pride ourselves on valuing and supporting our staff team, which in turn allows us to deliver compassionate, none judgmental and evidence based care. We see each individual we care for as having the skills and ability for recovery.
All Healthcare Assistants will be offered the opportunity to access a variety of funded training that is recognised as fundamental to the recovery of patients requiring care and treatment within a secure setting.
Trauma Informed Care Training
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Awareness Training
Positive Behavioural Support Training
ASD Training
We are dedicated to ensuring our staff are supported and you will receive regular clinical supervision, debriefs, peer reflection, training sessions.
We are open to considering operationally feasible flexible working requests
Please note that we share a site with CAMHS inpatient services and there may be occasion where you will be required to support these services.
