Our client is a well established and successful company. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join them ASAP to do a fixed term contract of 1 year (maternity cover).

Salary is £25,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience.

Hours of work, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
- Responsibility for the weekly payroll
- Review and update clockcard information
- Add new starters and remove leavers from the payroll system (Advance/Mitrefinch)
- To control all holidays, update and maintain efficient informative records for Managers. Using the computerised Time & Attendance system
- Deductions for Tools, Childcare Vouchers, CSA, Attachment of Earnings etc
- Reconcile payroll
- Issuing forms and paperwork as required
- Produce reports as requested
- Scan and file paperwork
- Answer and log sickness absence calls

Required experience:

- Recent experience in a Payroll Administrator, or similar Payroll orientated position.
- Experience of using Advance/Mitrefinch software (Desirable), or experience with other payroll software is fine.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Available to start ASAP
- Full UK driving license and own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
