**COMPANY**
Bioline AgroSciences Ltd is a global company that produces and markets biological control products which are used for control of pests and diseases in a wide variety of crops. We provide the highest quality products and service to support growers in maintaining the quality of their produce.
Salary - £28,000 pro rata (25 hours per week = 0.67 FTE)
**Role purpose**
**Finance Administrator**
- Provide holiday cover for the Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Managing company vehicles - ordering, insurance, mileage, issues
- To keep accurate records of the financial activities
- To process purchase invoices from suppliers onto our accounting system (SAP b1) as required
- To process incoming and outgoing payments from our bank statements onto SAP b1 as needed.
- Process received invoices, including staff expense claims.
- To cover raising and issuing of Sales invoices
- To deal with queries from staff and external suppliers regarding invoices and expenses.
- Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- To provide information to our accountants to prepare our end-of-year accounts and liaise with the auditors.
- Act as the administrative contact for our banks.
- To create supplier accounts on SAP b1 as required.
- To cover maintaining and processing of staff timesheets, including new year set-up, amendments and queries.
- To collect and open the post and scan it to the shared service centre
- To contact suppliers who send in invoices by paper to request they move to electronic methods
- To answer phone calls/queries from our suppliers.
- Assist and support the Financial Controller
**Payroll**
- To liaise with Time and Attendance regarding the payroll
- To provide holiday cover for Time and Attendance
- To liaise with HR regarding starters and leavers, and any changes relevant to both payrolls
- Process both Hourly and Salary payrolls from start to finish: - Calculating Salaries, Statutory Payments and Deductions, Pension Deductions, PAYE, NI, Bonuses, Pay Rises, Deductions for Safety Boots. Issue Payslips.
- Process for HMRC on time RTI (Real Time Information: - FPS and EPS)
- Process starters and leavers
- Reconcile HMRC PAYE and make payments
- Reconcile PAYE & NI Control Account
- Issue P45’s and P60’s
- Manage, process and send reporting of our PSA agreement with HMRC
- Manage, process and send reporting of our P11d with HMRC
- Consult and assist staff regarding Payroll enquiries
**Pensions**
- Process the company Auto Enrolment Pension
- Assess eligible and non-eligible members of staff for Auto Enrolment on a continuous basis as per legislation
- Deduct pension contributions from eligible members of staff
- Prepare reports and data that will be used in the Pension procedures
- Keep abreast of Auto Enrolment legislation changes and adopt new procedures
- Reconcile pension deductions with Payroll Programme
**Admin Team**
Additional tasks as part of a pool of administrators to help the Bioline management team as required. For example, booking travel for guests, taking notes at meetings and assisting in organising company functions.
**Knowledge, experience & capabilities**
Essential
- Previous experience within a Finance role
- Experience of payroll
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organising skills
- The ability to interact with people at all levels within/external to the Company
- The ability to prioritise own workload
- Work in a team
Desirable
Experience with SAP b1
The Company is based in a rural location which is not well served by public transport, so your own transport or means of reliably attending the workplace is advisable.
