The role is Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with the occasional night to support staff in their role.

We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to support the organisation in delivering a person centred, quality monitoring service within the Out of Hours Service.

You will be required to work under the direction of the Home Care Manager to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the Out of Hours Service. The role will consist of a diverse range of responsibilities which will include organising rota’s, assisting with quality monitoring, supervising staff, assessment, and involvement in the day-to-day delivery of direct care to the people we support when needed.

**Your qualities will include**:

- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that will enhance the positive experiences of staff and the people we work with.
- Ability to demonstrate good practice in your work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative.
- A flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the service.
- Demonstrable IT Skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence
