Technical Support Analyst - £21.22 per hour

I am excited to be recruiting for a reputable and established organisation based in Great Yarmouth, who are recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst specialist to join their team based on-site Monday to Friday.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Providing specialist technical advice and training to users and team members. The post holder must be able to communicate highly complex technical system matters to non-technical staff clearly and in a manner whereby they are able to fully understand theissues.
- Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot calls, provide advice and fault resolution in accordance with the Service Desk Service Level Agreements.
- To provide specialist advice to customers within the organisation on the efficient use of computer systems.
- Assist in the monitoring of the organisations' infrastructure, raising support calls and escalating when appropriate.
- Using own judgment, gather detailed, complex and sensitive information and where appropriate input this accurately into the chosen Service Desk tool (Service Desk Plus).
- Can accurately analyse customer requirements and configure hardware and software accordingly.
