Celestar is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our intelligence community, you will be responsible for providing all-source analytic support to collections, operations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
About the Role:
As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments. You will also provide Tier 2 UAM analysis support, initiating reports and reviewing alerts escalated by Tier 1 analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all-source analysis to support national security requirements
- Provide Tier 2 UAM analysis support, including initiating reports and reviewing alerts
- Collaborate with other analysts to identify and recommend new alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making capabilities, and processes
- Stay current on InT/UAM news, information, and trends, as well as related analysis activities
- Identify and recommend changes to existing alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making capabilities, and processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
