Are you an experienced, organised **Property A**dministrator** who strives to provide a **top-quality service** and pair people with their ideal investment?

Our client is a **highly experienced Property Investment Company **who works with some of the **most well-known Auction houses,** and they are currently looking to expand their team in **Stanmore.**

They need someone who** communicates and collaborates** well with others and is **excited to learn in an energetic, creative environment.** If you are **highly motivated,** **great at networking** and able to work independently as well as part of a team,** this may be the role for you**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Answering the telephone
- Attending property viewings
- Paying invoices using Xero
- Logging events on Eventbrite - training will be given
- Networking
- Uploading / updating information onto the database
- Posting on social media platforms
- Ad hoc tasks that may arise

**Personal specification**:

- Previous property administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Team player
- Have a full UK driving licence.

The **salary** **for this role will be** £24,000.** **Business **travel expenses will be** **reimbursed.**

Working hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
