**Concierge - Temporary role for 2 months**

**Shift 2 - Monday to Friday - 12.30pm to 6pm - 25hrs per week - 30 min unpaid break**

We are seeking a qualified customer service professional to function as an Experience Host for our office in London.

Within the position of Concierge, you will be working as part of the Facilities Management team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display a warm, friendly, professional greeting to all colleagues and visitors**:

- **Proactively engage and introduce themselves throughout the workplace**:

- **Collaborate and work closely with other teams and vendors to deliver an unparalleled experience to colleagues**:

- **Maintain all location and service information**:

- **Responsible for ensuring meeting rooms, pantry, and collaborative spaces are always up to standard, including proper setup, functionality of equipment, and stocked supply inventory**:

- **Respond to all colleague requests and complaints promptly in a friendly and professional manner; maintains accurate records of service requests and status**:

- **Provide coordination and support for delivery of FM Services including, but are not limited to: Concierge, Room Management, A/V support, Meeting & Event Support, Supply and Equipment Management, Security, Workplace Onboarding, and Community Engagement Support**:

- **Responsible for always maintaining awareness of the colleague workspace; when applicable, submit maintenance requests and/or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues accordingly**:

- **Utilise and maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested**:

- **Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property; respond to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner; summon appropriate assistance and make appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures**:

- **Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts**:

- **Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition**:

- **Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests**:

- **Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations**:

- **Performs other duties as assigned**

Paid fortnightly on a Thursday in arrears

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
