**Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Lead**

**Your recruitment marketing experience**

As someone with some experience in this field, you’ll already understand some of your responsibilities that comes with an opportunity like this, but here’s a list of things that will help you excel in this role:

- Assist the RM&EB Manager to execute the attraction strategy for Bupa Dental Care
- Be the brand’s voice on Social media including ownership of the Social Media calendar
- Management of daily posts
- Responding as appropriate across channels, maintaining a professional voice at all times
- Assist the RM&EB Manager to create and gather content (videos, blogs, photos)
- Working across key social media channels to ensure social media presence supports the brand and business objectives using content calendars, templates and best practices to drive increased visibility of current opportunities, help build out our talent pools.
- Innovate & trial new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all platforms
- Use analytics tools to track the reach and influence of social media
- Execute best practice across all social media platforms
- Weekly reporting of performance and competitors review
- Provide expertise and trial new solutions, pushing the recruitment team to the forefront of social media recruitment
- Maintain and evolve company profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards / publications
- Write up careers focussed articles, Q&As and profiles on the careers website
- Numerate with strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated, as comfortable working alone or as part of a larger team
- Knowledge of editing software Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Premier (or other video/graphic design software)
