Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Posting Clerk. As a Posting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to data entry, record keeping, and office support. This is a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient posting of financial transactions.

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks to post financial transactions into computerized systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of posted transactions
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and postings
- Assist with reconciling discrepancies in financial records
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Answer phone calls and provide professional phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
