**Location**:Homebased, with 1 day a week in the Southampton office

We are working in partnership Dentaid, who provide free dental care for homeless and vulnerable people. Their mobile dental units visit hostels, day centres and night shelters providing emergency treatment for people who find it difficult to access dentalcare. They also provide dental care in areas where people are struggling to find a dentist and run clinics for refugees and asylum seekers, head and neck cancer patients, veterans, children in areas of social deprivation and victims of domestic violence. Dentaid’sBrightBites oral health education programme is run in schools across the UK. Dentaid has also worked in more than 70 countries providing safe, sustainable dental treatment by providing equipment, running oral health programmes, and sending teams of volunteerdental professionals to help them reach more patients.

They are seeking a **Trusts and Grants Fundraiser**, who will work with the Fundraising Manager to implement the current 5-year fundraising strategy and future planned appeals. The postholder will grow income through Charitable Trusts, Foundations,Rotary, Lions, Freemason, and other potential support within the community, developing and stewarding relationships, with a focus on multi-year grants. Maintaining records of communications and engagement on the CRM - Salesforce, will be expected.
- 3 years’ experience in a fundraising role.
- Track record in successfully securing five figure Trusts and Grants.
- The ability to build relationships with Trusts and Foundations and identify new charity opportunities.

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and collaborative individual, who can hit the ground running in a small but dynamic and fast paced charity where there is always something new happening. Aflexible approach with the ability to work across many areasof fundraising, not limited to Trusts income will be essential. A current driving license is required / some travel within the UK may be required, including overnight stays / occasional requirement to work evening and/or weekends.
