Café Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the preparation area and dining area
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Experience in food preparation is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues when needed
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
