My Client a well known Law Firm are looking for an Administrator to join their Conveyancing team in Bradford.

Main Duties:

- Opening of new files on the case management system and sending initial documentation to client.
- Following up on initial documentation sent to ensure its prompt return from the client.
- Initiating ID checks for the client
- Carrying out searches and updating fee earners when returned.
- Communicating with estate agents, other solicitors and third parties.
- Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates.
- Assisting in keeping the client updated throughout the process.
- Dealing with new enquiries via telephone and website/hub.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 years experience in administration
- Good all round IT skills - Microsoft office - word, excel etc.
- Working knowledge of case management systems, diaries and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed
- Self-confident, reliable and conscientious with good attention to detail.
- Smart and professional dress and demeanour.
