Our future for OHM Sports & Fitness Ltd is very exciting and our aim is to continue to expand both areas of the business, as well as adding new projects that are ready to go in the next 12 months.

The successful coach will:
Be delivering a high quality school provisions such as lunchtime cover, PE support, afterschool clubs and wraparound care, predominantly in Primary Schools, with a view to taking on extra responsibility as you progress within the company.

We also during the school holidays provide holiday camps at various locations for children.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The position of Sports Coach will involve the following duties and responsibilities:

- To effectively plan, deliver and evaluate a range of high quality multiskill and sport-specific sessions
- To organise, lead, and/or assist on sports holiday camps
- To undertake training and professional development where necessary in relation to role within the organisation
- To undertake other duties, commensurate to the post, as necessary when required
- Are able to engage well and build up a good rapport with young people, school staff members and parents
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Are intrinsically motivated to work hard and perform their duties to the best of their abilities
- Prioritise the welfare and safety of the young people they are responsible for
- Are enthusiastic and innovative
- Are punctual and organised
- Are able to work effectively on own initiative, and as part of a team
- A Sport coaching or similar qualification
- Range of Level 1 or higher qualifications in a variety of sports
- Previous experience in a similar job role

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
