We are looking for an experienced, individual with a healthy work ethic, a good business acumen and a genuine friendly and welcoming disposition.

**Responsibilities**:
To work with and help supervise when required the daily operations of the front of house areas including the dining room, bar and tap room

To ensure excellent customer service

To help with reservations, seating plans and room bookings and with general inquiries

To work with Kitchen Team to ensure good communication and efficiency

To help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front & back of house areas

To help monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments, and place orders as needed

To help ensure compliance of food safety and hygiene standards

Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper hygiene practices in the front of house area an advantage
Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
Restaurant or Culinary Background

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
