The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the supporting the Recruitment Advisor in the coordination and delivery of the HR recruitment service.

You will be responsible for coordinating all recruitment administration for employees and temps from the advert stage to interviews and appointment so that the process is timely, fair and consistent in line with service standards. You’ll undertake advert placement on the relevant media and you’ll monitor progress, escalating any issues or suggesting new ways to attract talent. You will undertake short listing, interviews and appointment for suitable vacancies and support assessment centres as required.

You’ll be expected to develop a detailed understanding of the business areas you are supporting, understanding the competitive market space, the key suppliers of recruitment services in that area and be able to suggest key job boards and publications that can support hiring initiatives.

You will be an excellent communicator who is able to influence and guide managers and you’ll be able to meet deadlines which may have conflicting priorities. You should be highly computer literate and able to use business systems to a competent level.

Experience of Midland iTrent would be desirable. Most of all, you’ll need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a professional team in order to support your business area and the wider HR team.
