Coffee Shop Kemptown Brighton

We are a popular and established coffee shop in old Kemptown, Brighton whose lovely clients regularly enjoy ace cakes and baked goods.

We have plans to expand the sale of baked goods into outside events and food markets - and seek a talented, new team member to help make that happen.

You don’t need to be a qualified baker, just a very good, consistent one.

We are currently looking for someone to work 1-2 days a week with a 6 hour shift, with potential for more hours as the business grows.

We are small enough to be flexible but as a minimum, you would be expected to;
- Produce a range of appetising, artisan cakes, traybakes and baked goods for sale in the store and to order
- Be organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Be up to date (or rapidly willing to learn) all relevant health and hygiene legislation/practice
